Basic information
It depends on the item, country, area. Please contact us about details.
It depends on the item, transaction conditions, etc.

If you have any request, please contact us.
Physical properties
It is stable for over a year when stored in a cool and dark place ( 10 ℃ ).
However, It reacts with water to produce urea and generate carbon dioxide.

It depends on the item, country, area. Please make sure the SDS of each products.
It is added BHT ( dibutylhydroxytoluene ) as a polymerization inhibitor ( 1,000 ppm or less ).
Polymerization / UV curing
Karenz MOI has more reactive than the aliphatic isocyanates IPDI and HDI.
We recommend the catalysts as below.
1.Tin-based catalyst ( dibutyltin dilaurylate, etc. )
2.Amine-based catalyst ( triethylenediamine, etc. )
3.Carboxylate catalyst ( lead naphthenate, potassium acetate, etc. )
4.Trialkylphosphine catalyst ( triethylphosphine, etc. )
Blocked types
Blocking and deblocking are in equilibrium. Therefore, reblocking occurs in a closed environment.
In the open environment, in the case of Karenz MOI-BM, methylethylketone oxime evaporates and reblocking hardly occurs, but in the case of Karenz MOI-BP, most of dimethyl pyrazole remains as a solid, so it thinkable to be reblocked.
