Thiol-ene ( hardener ) "allyl based"
Thiol-ene based formulations can be used as a cross-linking agent with various resins such as allyl, vinyl, unsaturated polyester, and polybutadiene not only ( meth ) acrylate.
Compared to conventional UV curable systems, Thiol-ene based formulations has advantages such as less effect of oxygen suppression, low shrinkage, flexibility, deep curability and high sensitivity.
Property as a chain transfer agent
[ Thiyl radical attacks allyl ]
[ chain transfer reaction ]
-
thiol-ene: Thiol is one of the cross-linking components -
aclyrate: Thiol is additional agent
( mainly self-polymerization of acrylic group )
