NIR-Photosensitive DyesKarenz™ IRT

NIR-Photosensitive Dyes

Our photosensitive dye has a maximum absorption wavelength in the near-infrared region and can be used as a near-infrared absorbing material. Furthermore, when used in combination with a specific organoboron compound, it occurs a polymerization function or a decolorizing function with a long-wavelength light source.
IRT has a maximum absorption wavelength of 817 to 822 nm and a second absorption band at about 640 nm.
In addition, molar extinction coefficient of dye is 1 x 105 or more.
